How to use:
before whitening: Apply a thing amount to each tooth you are going to place whitening gel on. Let dry, then apply teeth whitening gel directly over. Rinse and spit after whitening session.
after whitening: If you chose to use it after whitening, you can apply after whitening gel has been rinsed and removed from mouth. Dry teeth, apply a thin amount to teeth that were just whitened. No need to rinse after sensitive gel has been placed.
