Pre-Appointment Instructions

Step 1

✨ Eat, Brush, and Floss

✨ No lip stick please

Step 2

✨ Space is limited so please no extra guests. If someone does accompany you, we ask if they can please wait in the front lobby.

Step 3

✨ Drink plenty of water. The more water the less chance of any sensitivity. Hydration is key before and after your teeth whitening appointment.

✨ You may Take Tylenol before your appointment as a preventative if you are nervous.

Step 4

✨ QM policy has a 48 hour cancellation notice. Deposits are non refundable. Deposit will go towards the appointment total. In the event you do a no call /no show on the deposit will be deducted and not go towards the total of the appointments —- please note, we understand things happen! Please let us know asap of any issues.

✨ If you have an appointment at a $0 fee and cancel less then 24 hours or no show, a $50 fee will be owed at following visit. (We understand things happen, just let us know asap so we can work with you 😊)

✨ We respect your privacy. If you would not like to be posted, or any pictures taken please let us know the day of your appointment.
