HOW TO USE 

35% can be used for 30min sessions for touch ups or clients that are nervous to do the full hour. Will lift up to 4 shades in 30mins. 6-10 shades in one hour 

QM way- 2 rounds of 25mins to equal 50mins. Rinse between rounds. ***Then placement of remineralizing gel after completion. Remineralizing gel should be placed and tell clients no eating to drinking for 2 hours after. They will take it home and use it as needed and before bed to ensure no sensitivity. 
if you’re client is nervous or has sensitive teeth we suggest using the 45%CP which is a lighter formula. 

Remember isolation is key to results. Recommend the use of guaze for saliva.

- Hydrates and soothes teeth to avoid client sensitivity. Contains potassium nitrate to soothe teeth. 

• Potassium nitrate blocks the pain receptors in the dentin, the layer of tissue beneath the enamel. 
• This prevents the nerve signals from reaching the brain, reducing the sensation of pain

- Recommend on all clients that are seen with the 35%HP.

- Use 10-20mins before if the client is nervous.

*Use like QM*—use after every hour session. Apply gel on the teeth have the client spit any excess. No eating or drinking for 2 hours after.

- Give to client to use at home as needed, if they get any sensitivity (which is rare) 

- Have the client use at least once before bed for 20mins or have client use over night as suggested like QM!

CARBAMIDE PEROXIDE: releases 50 % of its whitening power in the first 2 hours. CP stays 
active for up to six hours. Carbamide breaks down
INTO hydrogen peroxide, but it does make the
whitening process take much longer.
Since hydrogen peroxide can reach its max much quicker, 45%CP is best for clients with light stains or sensitive teeth. 

- Lifts 4-6 shades and continues to whiten for 24 hours.

Recommended to use 2 sessions of 30minutes to equal 60 minutes. 

If a client has heavy stains, but sensitive teeth, you can do 2 visits, a week apart. Visit one- 40 minute appointment. 2 sessions of 20 minutes each. Apply remineralizing gel and have them use at home nightly. When the come back for visit 2, it is a 60 minute appointment. This will achieve 6-12 shades lighter.
